  • Review the eligibility criteria.

  • Complete the Proud Ground Intake Form (Step #1).

  • Verify your email (1hr limit)

  • Please send an email to info@proudground.org to request to be placed on the waiting list for Shortstack Milwaukie.

  • You will then be provided with the next steps in Proud Ground's Homeownership Program.
